There is a correlation between increased cardiovascular fitness with increased years of life expectancy. If you book a cardiovascular training session with me, we would work on increasing your VO2 Max which simply means increase the ability to use (more) oxygen while your body works. In turn, this helps you in all aspects of your life whether it's decreasing your 5K time, working in the garden, or walking up a flight of steps. Like I said before, you will also experience a noticeably increase in energy throughout your day. This is because of your body's increased ability to do daily activities with more ease. Not to mention, this is the mode of exercise widely used to decrease body fat percentage or lose weight.
