In this meeting, we would meet for a few minutes where I ask you a bunch of necessary personal questions to decide which steps we should take and if I am the right trainer for you. This is also to decide whether or not you are ready for training, or if we need to take prior steps. Goal sessions typically include a list of medical questions, exercise experience, and biggest hopes and goals to get out of the training if we proceed. We also talk about pricing and options for you specifically. This meeting is necessary before we can schedule any personal training sessions. The biggest purpose of the meeting is to decide what type of service I could give you to help you best succeed, as well as help me decide on the best plan of action.
