Service Description

This is my personal favorite mode of exercising. The purpose of strength training is to build strength and also muscle. Science shows us that with more muscle, one can burn more calories at a faster pace even at rest. I always recommend trying it for the first time with a professional to help with form and build confidence (it can definitely be intimidating at first). I see a lot more persistency in people who have lifting implemented in their program. Lifting can be generally more enjoyable than other types of exercise. With my personal experience and professional expertise and education, from beginners to professional lifters, I would love to help you increase your strength and lifting capabilities. In strength sessions, we would go through a series of exercises done with free weights or machines depending on your goals and novelty.
